Finance Business Analyst

As we continue to expand our product portfolio and geographic footprint, we are looking for a Finance Business Analyst to strengthen our finance team and support both business-as-usual operations and audit readiness. This role will be based in Indonesia, and we are looking for an immediate start.

What you will be doing

• Support audit requests through timely preparation of schedules, data sets, and supporting documentation
• Extract, analyze, and validate historical data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness
• Work with other teams to clarify requirements and resolve data discrepancies
• Maintain and improve data templates, trackers, and working files to enable faster turnaround
• Perform reconciliations and quality checks across multiple data sources
• Document data sources, assumptions, and methodologies clearly for review and audit purposes
• Manage multiple requests under tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

What you need for this position

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, finance, audit, or data roles, with hands-on exposure to financial audits or historical data analysis.
• Fresh graduates will be considered
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with Xero is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and organisational skills
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment
