JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
To provide support and assistance to the Application Engineer (AE) team.
Responsible for coordinating with the import, logistics, and all relevant departments to maintain or improve delivery times to customers.
Perform Purchasing Administration.
Approve SO submitted by Sales and AE in Sales Force.
Creating SAP SO according to SO data in Sales Force.
Make a SAP PO according to the draft PO from AE.
Sending PO that has been approved by Management to Principle / Supplier.
Submit a SAP PO cancellation for PO cancellation or revision.
Submit claims for delays, additional costs for air freight, replacement and repair of goods to the Supplier.
Follow up Order Acknowledgment to Principle.
Follow up Proforma Invoice from Principle to be given to Finance.
Carry out the Quality Management Program that has been set by the Company.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education D3/S1 All Majors.
Have minimum 1 (one) year experience in the same field, Fresh Graduate could be considered.
Proficient in MS Office (Advanceed Excel skills).
Familiar with ERP systems (Sales Force and SAP).
Have English language skills, both written and oral.
Strong problem solving with good judgment and sense of urgency.
Having good communication skills.
Have an integrity, discipline, responsible manner, creative, and critical thinking.
Fast learner and able to work in a dynamic team environment with fast-paced work demand.
Display a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Have a good attitude.
