As part of our Merchandising Administration – Electronics team, you will be the backbone that keeps our merchandising operations running smoothly. Through precise data management, coordination across multiple teams, and consistent follow-through, you will help ensure that the right products, prices, and promotions are executed flawlessly across all stores. Your work directly supports national merchandising strategies and enhances customer experience at every touchpoint.What We’ll Work on Together
- Maintain and update SKU data, price catalogs, promotions, and vendor contract information.
- Support administrative processes for Purchase Orders (PO), returns, warranties, promotional claims, and new product listings.
- Organize and archive vendor documents including price lists, contracts, and invoices.
- Monitor stock availability across all stores to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow up with store or warehouse teams regarding slow-moving items, out‑of‑stock products, and replenishment needs.
- Prepare category performance reports for electronics, including sales by store, top SKUs, and seasonal trends.
- Assist the merchandising team in executing planograms, display changes, price tags, and promotional signage.
- Ensure promotional activities — discounts, bundles, and special offers — are implemented according to SOP across all stores.
- Follow up on store feedback regarding product displays (demo units, security stands, placement, etc.).
- Compile weekly and monthly reports related to category performance, promotions, and stock.
- Coordinate with buyers, store operations, marketing teams, and vendors to support merchandising strategies.
- Assist in evaluating promotional and retail campaign effectiveness through before‑after analysis.
Qualification
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Business Administration, Business Systems, Economics, General Administration, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail administration, merchandising administration, or category administration.
- Fresh graduates may be considered with strong accuracy and administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable required).
- Familiar with retail systems such as ERP, POS, SAP, or merchandising software.
- Detail-oriented with quick understanding of electronic SKUs/products.
- Able to work effectively across teams (store, vendor, buyer, warehouse).
- Communicative, disciplined, and comfortable working with tight deadlines.
- Proactive, meticulous, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic retail environment.
