Job Description

The Global Finance & Accounting Admin supports daily finance and accounting administrative activities to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across global operations. This role focuses on handling repetitive administrative tasks, financial documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including global teams. The position requires strong attention to detail, discipline in routine work, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily finance and accounting administrative tasks, including data entry, document filing, and transaction tracking.

• Prepare, organize, and maintain financial documents such as invoices, payment records, and supporting documents.

• Support accounting processes including reconciliation, expense tracking, and reporting assistance.

• Coordinate with internal teams and global counterparts to ensure timely and accurate financial administration.

• Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in finance or accounting administration.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal, for coordination with global stakeholders.

• Comfortable handling repetitive administrative tasks with high accuracy and consistency.

• Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and disciplined in managing documentation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Demonstrates good work ethics, reliability, and a structured working style.
