HR (Mandarin Speaker+HSK)
About the role
We are seeking a talented HR professional who is fluent in Mandarin and holds a HSK certification to join our team . In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing expert human resources support and services to our growing organisation.
What you'll be doing
Serving as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and training and development
Collaborating with department managers to understand their HR needs and implement effective solutions
Maintaining compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
Assisting with the recruitment and selection of new employees, leveraging your Mandarin language skills
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to support the organisation's strategic objectives
Providing guidance and coaching to employees on a wide range of HR-related topics
Participating in HR projects and initiatives to continuously improve the employee experience
What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
Fluency in Mandarin, with a HSK certification to demonstrate your language proficiency
Strong understanding of HR best practices, including employment law, compensation, and benefits
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels
Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to think strategically and anticipate HR needs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data
Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite
