This is an administrative and coordination role.
Your main job is to:
Find suitable helpers in Indonesia
Interview helpers
Prepare helper biodata
Arrange online interviews with employers in Singapore
Support employers and helpers after deployment
This role is ideal for someone who is job-eager, organised, and responsible, and who can work independently.
Source and shortlist domestic helpers in Indonesia
Conduct basic interviews with helpers
Assess attitude, experience, and suitability
Ensure helper information is accurate and complete
Prepare and update helper's biodata
Organise documents and personal details
Ensure biodata is clear and presentable for employers
Arrange Zoom interviews between helpers and employers in Singapore
Coordinate interview timing and follow-ups
Assist during interviews if needed
Support communication between the employer and the helper after deployment
Assist with basic conflict or adjustment issues
Report serious issues to the Singapore team
Maintain organised records and files
Track helper and employer case status
Support daily operations and coordination tasks
Self-motivated and job-eager individual
Responsible and reliable
Able to work independently and follow instructions
Good communication skills
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Zoom, and basic computer tools
Willing to learn and improve work processes
Experience in recruitment or administration is an advantage, but not required
We care more about attitude and responsibility than qualifications.
5-day work week, might change to 6-day work week.
rotation on the weekend
Working hours: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm (Singapore time)
