Production Planning and Inventory Control (Export Products)

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in production planning, inventory management, or a related field within the manufacturing or logistics industry with hands-on experience in handling overseas customers.

2. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or management, preferably Industrial Engineering.

3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analysis tools to interpret production and inventory data, create and analyze production planning and scheduling.

4. Excellent communication, proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading), proactive and strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

5. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and customs procedures.

6. Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel for data processing and reporting.

7. Willing to be placed at PT Rehau Indonesia – Kawasan Industri Hyundai, Lippo Cikarang, Bekasi, Jawa Barat.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain production plans to meet customer demand, sales forecasts, and capacity for export products

2. Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, logistics teams, third party logistic (local & overseas), third party manufacturing (local & overseas), and related departments to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products

3. Analyze production data, raw material inventory, finish good inventory and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity

4. Monitor and control production execution to ensure alignment with the plan.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and implement process improvements

6. Prepare periodic reports on production planning and realization.

7. Identify production issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
