As an Admission Support staff, you will assist students throughout their university application journey: ensuring all documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time. You will also support the visa preparation stage by helping students collect and organize required visa documents.
Responsibilities
Collect, review, and organize student documents (passport, transcripts, certificates, CV, etc.)
Complete and submit applications through various institutional portals
Ensure all application requirements and deadlines are met
Coordinate with counsellors to follow up on missing documents or information
Handle additional document requests from universities promptly
Assist students with offer acceptance, payment instructions, and enrollment steps
Communicate professionally with university admissions teams
Assist in visa preparation, including collecting required documents for visa applications (bank statements, forms, financial proofs, etc.)
Keep student records organized and updated in the internal system
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents
Good communication skills, polite and professional
Able to work efficiently and meet multiple deadlines
Comfortable using computers: Google Sheets, email, PDF tools, scanning, etc
Able to understand written English instructions
Average proficiency in written & spoken Mandarin
