Easylink is a fast-growing company in the remittance industry. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Sr. Finance Operations to oversee daily transaction monitoring, fund movement, reconciliation, and to ensure smooth, accurate, and compliant operational finance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily finance operations related to remittance transactions.
Monitor high-volume transactions across all remittance channels to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
Manage fund movements between accounts to ensure sufficient balance in all operational accounts.
Oversee and review daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations between internal systems, bank statements, and partner reports.
Investigate, resolve, and document any transaction discrepancies or exceptions.
Act as the main point of contact with banking partners and internal stakeholders regarding operational finance matters.
Develop, improve, and implement SOPs for finance operational processes.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
Prepare and analyze operational finance reports for management.
Support system/process improvement initiatives related to operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance operations, preferably in remittance, fintech, or banking.
Strong understanding of transaction flows, settlement, and reconciliation processes.
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/INDEX, data analysis).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Able to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
