QA ASSISTANT. MANAGER
Qualifications :
Degree in electronic and or mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years’ experience as managerial level
Able to speak English and Mandarin/Chinese (Advantage)
Special Skills / Knowledge:
Windows (Excel, Ms.Word, PowerPoint, pdf
Awareness QMS standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, etc.)
Job Description :
Take overall responsibility in quality for customer group/cluster assigned to main job is on planning and supervising to ensure no RMA and no Customer Claims for the entire customer group/cluster assigned to
Consolidate all improvement plans and drive improvements for the entire customer group/cluster assigned to
Review and release quality reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, RMA reports, etc) to customer including 8D report
Will be the main window of company to answer customer complaints and or queries related to quality
Will be the main window of company 3rd party audit (UL, CSA, ETL, TUV/Sud NRTL, etc) for the entire customer
