Finance Staff
About the role
PT Zhongbu Resins Indonesia is seeking a talented and driven Finance Staff to join our team in Kendal Regency, Central Java. We have several full-time positions vacant. You can be either responsible as a AR Specialist, a Cashier, or a All-Rounded Accounting Staff in supporting the overall business operations.
What you'll be doing
AR Specialist
Issue accurate commercial invoice and tax invoice, input the sales record through ERP system (T100), reconcile the sales record between Tax system and ERP system.
Prepare all sorts sales reports in a timely manner.
Track payments from customers, and record the AR settlement in ERP system.
Miscellaneous tasks related to AR,e.g. files organizing, documents scanning, documents maintenance, etc.
Cashier
Process bank&cash related work.
Prepare all sorts of bank&cash reports in a timely manner.
Miscellaneous tasks related to band&cash ,e.g. files organizing, documents scanning, documents maintenance, etc.
All-Rounded Accounting Staff
Willing to follow the assignments from the Accounting Supervisor to learn and cover all sorts of work from AR/AP/Costing/FA/Taxation
Integrated with other accounting team members to cover their work.
Miscellaneous tasks related to finance area assigned by the Accounting Supervisor.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field would be preferable
Proficient in the use of ERP system (T100), spreadsheet applications(Excel), or tax system (Coretax) will be preferable
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
English speaking or Chinese speaking is preferable
