JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify candidates with the right skills and cultural fit.
Collaborate closely with the HR Department and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment plans.
Manage all resignation process / Offboarding Employee (Exit Interview, Clearance Letter) etc.
Support various operational activities within recruitment and HR, including both technical and administrative tasks.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's degree in psychology or industrial engineering
Minimum experience 3 years as a Talent Acquisition / Recruiter (preferably from Construction/Transportation Industry)
Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong in sourcing strategy for candidate white collar & blue collar
High Resilient, Agility, & Adaptive Person, with Fast-Paced Environment
Has experience hiring for all level (staff - managerial) & management trainee
Has good knowledge of experience using Competency Based Interview (CBI) Technique
Has good knowledge of experience using PAPI Kostick, DISC, Kraepelin, Pauli, IST & other psychological tools
Proven track record in successfully recruiting for within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and work with tight SLAs.
Excellent problem solving and good analytical thinking
Great communication in English.
