HR GA ASSISTANT MANAGER

Job Description:

• Manage and develop the HRIS system (Sunfish), payroll processes, employee data administration, and Compensation & Benefits.

• Process, collect, and analyze HR-related data to support decision-making.

• Plan, organize, and execute company activities and employee events.

• Manage General Affairs (GA) operations effectively and efficiently.

• Provide coaching and counseling to employees.

• Ensure the implementation of company policies in compliance with labor regulations.

• Coordinate with management and related departments to support overall company operations.

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop an annual training calendar.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field such as Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology, or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations or a supervisory role.

• Proven experience in managing General Affairs (GA) operations.

• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and BRC standards.

• Experience in the food or basic goods industry is a plus.

• Proficient in HRIS systems (Sunfish) and Compensation & Benefits management.

• Strong computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint), data collection, and data analysis skills.

• Experience in organizing and executing company or employee events.

• Fluent in English.

• Good knowledge of Labor Law and employment regulations.

• Strong communication skills with experience in coaching and counseling.
