• Paper Bag Machine Operator
• V-Cut Operator
• Paper Cutting Operator (Polar Machine)

General Responsibilities

• Operate production machines according to SOP and quality standards.
• Ensure output meets technical specifications and production targets.
• Conduct basic machine checks and routine maintenance.
• Report production issues, defects, or abnormalities to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Coordinate with QA, Production, and Engineering teams.

General Qualifications

• Minimum SMK / SMA / Diploma (technical background preferred).
• Experience in printing or packaging manufacturing is an advantage.
• Familiar with production machines relevant to the applied position.
• Good attention to detail and quality awareness.
• Able to work in shift system and meet production deadlines.
• Willing to learn, disciplined, and team-oriented.
• Physically fit and accustomed to factory environment.
