Job Description:
- Manpower Roster Management
- Recruitment of Staff and Non Staff
- Handle BPJS Reportings
- Management of Employee Contracts (Renewals and Non Renewals)
- Implementation of SOP and Paperwork
- Supervise and Approval of Payroll Process
- Implementation of Company Rules and regulations
- Handles Employee Conflicts (if needed)
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in mining industry
- 2 years experience as HRGA Supervisor
- Good Administrative skills
- Problem Solving skills
- Good Communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
