Supply Chain Management Assistant Manager

• Responsible for asset, people, process, procedure at consumable, empty packaging, receiving, storing, and delivery products

• Manage service part delivery in 1 full cycle (from order received, material preparation, production, packing, and delivery)

• Manage Company's inventory and conduct monthly inventory closing

• Conduct periodic stock take and cycle count

• Conduct packaging proposal for new project

• Manage transportation between our Company and its stakeholder, do periodic review for improvement

• Manage 3PL and do periodic review for improvement

• Follow, update, control implementation all related issue with internal and external regulation

• Implement, review, and improve current procedure

• Control no problem delivery to Customer in term of regular and service parts

• Preferably has experience in Automotive Industry 

A. Project 

A1. Production Planning:

• Control the preparation of production plan based on project timeline (timing and qty) to match with internal customer and customer demand

• Control the order and forecast for the new project to avoid delay supply due miss capacity planning 

• Control the changing (ECR)

• Interact with Customer for the order and forecast data

A2. Material Planning:

• Review BOM for new project item

• Control procurement of new item to avoid delay production (time and qty)

• Control the changing (ECR)

B. Serial Production

B1. Production Planning:

• Interact with Customer for order and forecast data 

• Control and analyze the order and forecast for serial production

• Input order and forecast data into the system

• Setup monthly capacity meeting with related department

• Setup monthly production plan (cyclic Kanban required for production)

• Control daily planning production level (plan vs actual) vs daily demand from customer and make countermeasure for any gap

• Control change process (ECR, EOP, etc.)

• Maintain FG inventory level

• Pursue to achieve KPI as dedicated

B2. Material Planning:

• Running and operating the material requirement planning

• Release order to Supplier through system and email

• Communicate with Supplier for the order confirmation and supply

• Control the supply to avoid any delay to production and Customer and make countermeasure for any gap

• Control change process (ECR, EOP, etc.)

• Maintain the RM inventory level
