Responsibility
Handle end to end recruitment process and selection process including onboarding processes
Familiar with psychological assessments and psychological tests
Design and create job descriptions
Handling of administration and record-keeping
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify future hiring needs
Handle employee engagement initiatives
Develop and implement HR-GS strategies that are aligned with the business strategy
Support daily activities of HR and GS Team
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with GPA 3,00
Fresh graduate with up to 2 years of working experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment juggling between multiple priorities
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Dynamic with good initiatives and proactiveness
Proficient in MS Office Applications
