In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial accounting and reporting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial information for the organisation. Based in Kosambi Banten, this position plays a crucial role in supporting the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day accounting operations, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting

• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, tax filings, and other regulatory requirements

• Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard the company's assets

• Analyse financial data and provide valuable insights to support management decision-making

• Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills and performance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the financial reporting process and streamline operations

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within financial accounting and reporting

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements

• Proficient in the use of accounting software and data analysis tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels

• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues
