Staff Quality Assurance

Requirements:

1. Minimal education D3 majoring Industrial Engineering or Chemistry Analyst

2. Minimum experience 2 years in Supervisor Quality Control.

3. Having an experience as quality assurance in manufacturing industry especially automotive industry is an additional advantage

4. Familiar in handling quality standards (IATF, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)

5. Firm, Resilient, Thorough, Creative and Responsible.

6. Have strong leadership, problem solving, creative and able to work in teams.

7. Production process meets quality standards

8. Able to communicated in English and Japanese language [spoken and written] is a good value.

9. On time report, can work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

1. Staff Quality Control activities in the production area

2. Ensure product quality meets company standards

3. Prepare inspection and quality analysis reports

4. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and other related departments

5. Conduct internal audits, handle customer claims, handle warranty claims, follow up on PDCA, and create and update key performance indicators.
