Main responsibilities:

  1. Customer claim handling process (domestic and export)

  2. Scramble activity for investigation problem & reproduce activity

  3. Arrange, follow up, and monitor CAR/PIR activities and related meeting


Additional duties:

  1. Handle AR Payment for return part, sending part and visit (scramble activity)

  2. Support for replacement part in case of customer claim vehicle

  3. Support new development project: Oobeya activity and Quality Forum
