Main responsibilities:
Customer claim handling process (domestic and export)
Scramble activity for investigation problem & reproduce activity
Arrange, follow up, and monitor CAR/PIR activities and related meeting
Additional duties:
Handle AR Payment for return part, sending part and visit (scramble activity)
Support for replacement part in case of customer claim vehicle
Support new development project: Oobeya activity and Quality Forum
