Manage and control inventory, including heavy equipment spare parts, consumables, and materials supporting mining operations.
Ensure accuracy of stock data between the system and physical inventory across all sites/projects.
Conduct periodic stock opname and analyze inventory variances.
Monitor inventory movement (fast-moving, slow-moving, and dead stock).
Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, Maintenance, and Users regarding material requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Ensure the implementation of Inventory Control SOPs and compliance with internal and external audits.
Perform inventory monitoring and evaluation on a mobile basis across all projects of PT. Mitrabara Adiperdana Tbk.
Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Logistics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Inventory Control / Warehouse / Supply Chain, preferably in the mining industry.
Strong understanding of inventory systems, stock opname, FIFO/FEFO, and stock control.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (experience with Ellipse is an advantage).
Detail-oriented, analytical, assertive, and possess good communication skills.
Willing to work in a mobile role and travel on duty across all projects of PT. Mitrabara Adiperdana Tbk.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
