About the role
As a Marketing Executive at PT. PETOUR PETFOOD INDONESIA', you will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing strategy and initiatives. This full-time position is based in Jakarta Raya and will involve developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to promote the company's pet food products and expand its customer base.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and traditional advertising
Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure effective positioning and messaging for new product launches
Manage marketing budgets and measure the effectiveness of campaigns to optimise performance
Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials
Coordinate with the sales team to support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
At least 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the consumer goods or pet food industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and content management systems
Creative and innovative thinking, with the ability to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns
Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
