About the role
As the Brand Manager at PT. PETOUR PETFOOD INDONESIA', you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative brand strategies to drive the growth and success of the company's pet food product lines. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive sales
Conducting market research to understand consumer preferences, trends, and competitor activities
Collaborating with the marketing team to create effective advertising campaigns, promotional activities, and content across various channels
Analysing brand performance metrics and providing insights to inform decision-making and guide future brand initiatives
Monitoring and managing the brand's visual identity, messaging, and positioning to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
Identifying opportunities for brand extension, product innovation, and new market expansion
Staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices in brand management
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the consumer goods or pet industry
Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand strategies that have driven business growth
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas to cross-functional teams
Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and content creation
