Products Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the product specialist for Gas Detection and Fire Suppression Systems (clean agent, CO₂, wet chemical).

• Provide technical support to Sales, Service teams, and customers.

• Prepare and explain technical documents (datasheets, proposals, clarifications).

• Deliver product presentations and basic training for internal teams and customers.

• Coordinate with vendors/principals on technical matters and product updates.

• Support site activities including surveys, commissioning, and basic troubleshooting.

• Ensure compliance with applicable fire safety standards (NFPA, FM, UL).

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.

• 1–3 years experience in fire protection/fire suppression systems (fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome).

• Basic knowledge of gas detection, fire suppression systems and relevant standards.

• Able to read and understand technical drawings and documents.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Willing to visit project sites as required.

• English proficiency is a plus.
