Corporate Sales Development is responsible for building and managing a corporate sales pipeline through prospecting, outbound activities, and lead qualification. This role plays a key part in ensuring that incoming opportunities are high-quality and ready to be converted into sales, while also developing long-term relationships with B2B clients.
Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential corporate clients.
Build, maintain, and manage a prospect database (list building).
Conduct outbound outreach through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and networking activities.
Perform lead nurturing and maintain ongoing relationships with prospects.
Qualify prospects before progressing to meetings and proposal stages.
Schedule and conduct meetings with potential corporate clients.
Handle sales negotiations and close deals.
Continuously improve outbound strategies and overall sales pipeline effectiveness
Qualification:
Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Business Development.
Proven experience in outbound sales and pipeline development.
Strong business communication and negotiation skills with corporate clients.
Comfortable working with sales targets and structured sales processes.
Excellent relationship-building skills with a strong professional network, especially within Government institutions, Event Organizers, and Professional Associations.
