Store Activation Support is responsible for supporting and executing offline promotional activities at store level, including events, mini activations, and local promotions. This role ensures that every activation runs smoothly, aligns with brand guidelines, and delivers positive impact on store traffic and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute offline promotional activities in stores (events, mini activations, local promotions).
Prepare and manage activation needs, including promotional materials and display setups.
Coordinate closely with store teams, Store Managers, and internal stakeholders.
Manage and monitor the execution of activation events on-site.
Ensure all activation activities comply with brand guidelines and company SOPs.
Collect and compile activation performance data, including:
Store traffic
Sales results
Customer feedback
Prepare simple activation reports for evaluation and improvement.
Act as the main point of contact between the activation team and store teams on-site.
Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
1–3 years of experience in event management, promotions, activation, or retail (preferred).
Strong communication skills and comfortable working in the field.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to operational needs.
Experienced in coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Well-organized, disciplined, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in Canva and Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
Worklocation at Head Office Bandung but willing to travel and work with flexible schedules based on activation and event needs.
