PT. Sandmaster Asia is located in Taman Tekno Industri BSD, Tangerang Selatan. We are looking for an experienced Purchasing and Logistic Manager to be responsible for the supply of products and services essential for our company's operations. You will strategize to find the most cost-effective deals and suppliers. The Purchasing and Logistic Manager’s role is to discover the best ways to minimize our procurement expenses so that the company can invest in its growth and people.
As a Purchasing and Logistic Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing equipment, goods, and services and managing vendors. The successful candidate will be able to perform procurement activities across multiple categories with a focus on overall costs, quality, and timing.
Responsibilities
· Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies
· Search for and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.
· Negotiate with external vendors to secure the most advantageous terms.
· Forecast price and market trends to identify buying opportunities.
· Determine quantity and timing of deliveries to ensure smooth operations.
· Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
· Manage and organize all Export and Import procedures.
· Perform risk management regarding supply contracts and agreements.
· Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures.
· Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw materials to identify shortages.
· Manage the entire inventory cycle using ERP: from tracking stock and placing orders to forecasting demand.
· Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
· Report to upper management on stock levels, issues, and cost analysis.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/BA) in Business Administration, Logistics, or a relevant field.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
· Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
· Proven working experience as a purchasing manager, preferably in a technical field.
· Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.
· Solid understanding of Import and Export regulations.
· Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., ERP).
· Ability to gather and analyze data and work with figures.
· A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills

· Talent in negotiations and networking.
· Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports.
· Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
