Roles:
The role is responsible for ensuring effective maintenance planning, scheduling, and the efficient management of engineering stores and inventory. This role focuses on maximizing equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and optimizing spare parts availability to support maintenance activities. Placement will be in our site at Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera.
Duties & Responsibility:
Develop and manage maintenance plans, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
Develop and manage major shutdown projects
Generate the maintenance performance report
Coordinate work schedules, resources, and tools to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to prioritize work orders based on criticality and urgency.
Oversee the engineering store and ensure accurate tracking of spare parts and consumables.
Ensure all maintenance plans and engineering store operations comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Maintain proper documentation for inventory, inspections, and maintenance activities.
Qualification Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance planning and store management, preferably in chemicals, oleochemicals or petrochemical industries.
Proficiency in M/S Office.
Ability to plan major shutdown project.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a diversified and critical environment.
Data analysis and report writing skills.
Ability to align the requirements of operations and maintenance.
Ability to perform multiple task simultaneously.
SAP PM, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001.
Proficiency in CMMS systems, inventory management software, and scheduling tools.
Strong understanding of maintenance planning principles and inventory optimization techniques.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
