About the role
PT KENCANA SAMUDERA ABADI is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin to join our team in South Jakarta. This full-time role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the wider organisation, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
Providing comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organising meetings
Handling various clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Assisting with the management of office supplies and inventory
Serving as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth running of the office
Undertaking any other administrative tasks as required to support the team
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree (S1), any major
Aged 27-35 years
At least 1 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a similar industry
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
A proactive and adaptable approach, with the willingness to take on new challenges
