About the role

PT KENCANA SAMUDERA ABADI is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin to join our team in South Jakarta. This full-time role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the wider organisation, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organising meetings

  • Handling various clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

  • Assisting with the management of office supplies and inventory

  • Serving as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth running of the office

  • Undertaking any other administrative tasks as required to support the team

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1), any major

  • Aged 27-35 years

  • At least 1 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a similar industry

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software

  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with the willingness to take on new challenges
