Linan International Indonesia is partnering with a prestigious luxury hospitality group to recruit professional and service-oriented waiter & waitress to join a high-standard hotel operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional table service in accordance with premium and fine dining standards.

• Greet and assist guests in a professional, warm, and polished manner.

• Present menus, explain dishes and beverages, and handle orders accurately.

• Coordinate closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service flow.

• Maintain cleanliness, table setup, and presentation to luxury standards.

• Uphold grooming, etiquette, and service excellence at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Server in a 5-star or luxury hotel, with strong guest service and communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of service etiquette and hospitality standards.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage.

• Professional appearance with a polished service attitude aligned with luxury standards.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a guest-focused mindset, even under pressure.

• Willingness to work shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
