Production and Logistic Operator
PT Nexteer Automotive Indonesia is currently hiring for a contract position for a Production & Logistic Operator who is detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supporting smooth production activities and daily logistics operations.
Responsibilities
Operate assembly process in accordance with SOP and Work Instructions.
Perform in-process quality checks (visual inspection and measurement).
Perform basic machine/equipment maintenance (cleaning, lubrication).
Store materials according to FIFO principles.
Prepare and supply materials before and during the production process.
Conduct loading and unloading activities using hand pallets, forklift and reach truck.
Organize and store goods in the warehouse neatly and accurately.
Record stock movements and prepare reports.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order in the work area (5S standards).
Coordinate with production, quality and logistics teams for operational efficiency.
Adhere to all Environmental, Health, and Safety protocols and regulations to ensure a work environment that aligns with company policies.
Qualifications
Minimum education: High school/vocational high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience of experience in production or logistics in manufacturing (preferably in the automotive industry).
Experience working in a company with ISO 9001 & 14001 standards (IATF preferred).
Proficient in using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
Must be able to operate forklift and/or reach truck (having SIO license is an advantage)
Willing to work in a shift system
Understanding the application of 5S, FIFO and Safety Awareness.
Detailed-oriented, flexible in adapting to change, hardworking, disciplined, and able to communicate effectively.
Proficient in MS Office and English is preferred.
Must reside in the Cikarang area
