Admin Sales Support

Flawless Diamonds is the first lab-grown diamond brand in Indonesia, committed to redefining the jewelry industry through innovation, transparency, and sustainability. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented:

Sales Administration & Delivery Management

• Manage sales administration and product deliveries accurately and in a timely manner.

• Prepare invoices based on pricing and product information provided by the Sales team.

• Input Custom Order Forms (COF) submitted by the Sales team into the system.

• Prepare and issue delivery orders for products to be sent to the internal workshop.

Stock Management & Product Handling

• Manage stock control, product arrangement, and ensure optimal product presentation in the store.

• Perform opening and closing of the product storage safe in accordance with company security procedures.

• Manage receiving and arranging of new products and customers’ items until they are ready for display or customer pickup, including informing Sales Associates of availability (including repair and resize items).

• Conduct daily stock opname and prepare stock reports for submission to the Sales Manager.

• Print and attach product labels or barcodes according to data provided by the production team.

Quality Control & Documentation

• Perform and record quality control checks on all products, including repaired or resized items, before they are handed over to customers.

• Organize and archive all invoices, delivery orders, and proof of payments for submission to the Finance team.

• Prepare stock and invoice reports for submission to the Sales Manager.
