Mendistribusikan dokumen final ke departemen terkait
Filing dokumen shipment (hardcopy & upload Google Drive)
Input PIB dan pengurusan asuransi shipment
Registrasi halal luar negeri
Mengurus SKI dan realisasi SKI
Pendaftaran izin edar produk impor & lokal serta koordinasi dengan BPOM
Mengatur sample pengujian laboratorium
Registrasi produk daging (SIMPol PKH)
KUALIFIKASI
Pendidikan minimal S1 (semua jurusan)
Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun sebagai Import Admin / Exim / Logistic
Memahami proses importasi & custom clearance
Teliti, rapi, dan bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan dokumen
Mampu berkomunikasi dan berkoordinasi dengan banyak pihak
Terbiasa bekerja dengan dokumen legal dan perizinan
