Job Description:
Conduct product testing on developed products.
Revise products based on deficiencies found during testing.
Develop various technical policies and research programs.
Collaborate with relevant parties for the procurement of goods and services related to research and development activities.
Conduct high-quality research while considering industrial, commercial, health, environmental, and other important aspects.
Develop new technologies that can be used as tools in R&D activities.
Ensure that the quality of products to be marketed meets the company's standards that have been previously set.
Qualifications:
Minimum educational background: Bachelor's degree in Food Technology / Chemistry.
Understanding of the Food and Beverage industry; fresh graduates or at least 1 year of experience.
Experience in the F&B (Production) field is preferred.
Up to date with the latest market trends.
Creative, critical, and able to work in a team.
Knowledge in microbiological, chemical, and organoleptic analysis.
Understanding of food quality and safety regulations, including FDA, SNI, BPOM, HACCP, CPPOB.
Understanding of BPOM Registration and Halal Registration (BPJPH).
