Supervisor Accounting, Finance and Tax

Responsibility:

• Provide work guidance and team supervision 

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of documents for all A/R, A/P, Tax and General Ledger transactions

• Prepare and analyze financial reports (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Report) according to applicable accounting standards accurately and on time

• Prepare budget plans  for short and long-term and short-term financial strategies for the company.

• Monitor the Bank Balance (reconcile), receipts and expenditures and record them in the general ledger to provide accurate company financial transaction data.

• Estimate weekly & monthly cash flow

• Monitoring and creating A/R & A/P reports

• Prepare data for monthly and annual financial reports

• Prepare tax reconciliation for reporting the company's Monthly SPT and Annual SPT.

• Ensure tax reporting goes well and on time.
  

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, and tax 

• Have Tax Certificate for Brevet A & B is a plus

• Have a deep understanding and experience related to finance, accounting, & tax

• Have a deep understanding and experience in accounting application and tax application (Zahir, e-Faktur, and e-Bupot)

• Update with taxes regulation

• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment / fast-growing company

• Detail-oriented, good team player, and able to work under pressure

• Strong in leadership, high integrity, and a problem solver

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
