Key Responsibilities
Assist with the recruitment process (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews).
Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital).
Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.
Administer attendance, leave, and employee benefits documentation.
Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities.
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Provide general administrative support.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Statistics, or any field with experience.
1–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong administrative skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
Demonstrates good initiative, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Expertise in Pivot Table is preferred.
Able to manage confidential information with integrity.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Overseas graduates are preferred.
