IMPORT OFFICER

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end import activities for medical devices in accordance with company procedures and government regulations.

• Prepare, verify, and submit import documents including PIB, Invoice, Packing List, COO, HS Code, and related documents.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs officers, and internal departments.

• Ensure compliance with Ministry of Health, BPOM, and Customs regulations related to medical devices.

• Monitor shipment schedules, delivery timelines, and import costs.

• Maintain accurate import documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

• At least 2-5 years of experience as an Import Officer; experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of import regulations, customs procedures, and HS Code classification.

• Familiar with CEISA / INSW systems is a plus.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under deadlines.
