Manage and optimize all organic and paid digital channels across online platforms, including Meta Ads, GMV Max (Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads), SEM, Affiliate, and SEO.
Optimize marketplace sales performance, including PDP quality, keyword search, promotions, vouchers, ranking, CTR, and CVR.
Execute acquisition and retargeting strategies to increase conversion rates and repeat orders.
Conduct competitor research and perform A/B testing for ads and creatives.
Coordinate with internal teams (content, e-commerce, marketplace, operations) to ensure target achievement.
Monitor digital operational metrics such as stock levels, pricing, ratings/reviews, campaign execution, and budget utilization.
Prepare campaign performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous optimization.
Qualification
Min. 2–3 years of experience in Digital Performance Marketing.
Proficient in Meta Ads, GMV Max (Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads), SEM, and SEO.
Experience in retail or F&B is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of digital performance metrics: ROAS, GMV, CAC, CTR, CVR, CPC, AOV.
Skilled in managing and optimizing advertising budgets.
Experienced in data-driven reporting using Google Analytics and Ads Manager.
Knowledge of PDP optimization and marketplace SEO.
Analytical, fast-paced, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
