Job Description :

  1. Overseeing recruitment

  2. Managing the payroll function.

  3. Developing and ensuring compliance with organization policies and procedures.

  4. Running employee relations programs.

  5. Overseeing the office management function.

  6. Managing all confidential documents of company.

  7. Create and ratify company documents such as employment contracts and company regulations

  8. Assist overseas assignees with the local regulation.

  9. Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department

  10. Employee performance and potential assessment (KPI)

  11. Leading the HR department

  12. In charge with end-to-end HR department

  13. Able to speak English. Mandarin is advantage
