About the role
We are seeking a Staff Admin Warehouse to join our dynamic team at PT Kamadjaja Logistics' in Surabaya, East Java. This contract position plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of our warehousing and distribution activities.
What you'll be doing
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring the efficient management of stock levels
Process incoming and outgoing goods, liaising with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
Assist with the coordination of warehouse operations, including space planning and layout optimisation
Prepare and distribute reports on warehouse activities and performance metrics
Support the implementation of warehouse management systems and processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and safety regulations
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics administration role
Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail
Proficient in using warehouse management software and MS Office applications
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptable and able to work well in a team environment
Understanding of warehousing, storage and distribution processes
