Responsibilities
Remind customers to make a payment before the deadline.
After the due date, get in touch with consumers who are behind on their payments.
Contacting consumers directly to increase the efficiency of credit collection
Assisting consumers with payment services and educating customers on payment services.
Foster positive customer relationships.
Call consumers who still owe money each day to provide updates

Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least High School in any field
Good computer abilities (Internet, Microsoft Office)
Willingness to work shifts in accordance with company demands
Can work under pressure and meet the company target
Good Communication Skill
Able to work in individual and Team as well
Having Desk Collection Certificate by AFPI or equivalent more preferable (P2P Lending)
Follow the company rules and order
Willing to be placed at Juanda, Central Jakarta
