HR Manager
About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at PT. Leo Pump Indonesia. As HR Manager, you will play a strategic role in driving the company's people agenda and supporting the overall business objectives. This is a full-time position based in Tangerang, Banten.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies and procedures to support the company's growth and operational needs
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee relations
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce planning requirements and provide HR solutions
Lead and manage the HR team, providing coaching and mentorship to support their professional development
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role
Strong working knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and people management skills
Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
CHRP or MIHRM certification is preferred
Can speak Mandarin or English
