About the role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to join our team at PT. Leo Pump Indonesia', a leading provider of commercial pumps. In this full-time, office-based role in Tangerang Banten, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results.
What you'll be doing
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentoring and performance management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to support the overall sales strategy
Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting on sales pipeline and performance
Represent the company at industry events and conferences
What we're looking for
Significant experience (3+ years) in sales management, preferably within the commercial pumps industry
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills
Proficient in data analysis and using CRM systems to drive sales
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business, marketing or engineering
