Sales Promoter

About the role

Elitez Pte Ltd is helping a client in the Printing industry, trying to find a driven and ambitious Sales Promoter to join their team on a contract basis in West Java & Kalimantan (Balikpapan).

What you'll be doing

1. Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

2. Demonstrating and promoting our product range to generate interest and drive sales

3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers

4. Collecting customer feedback and insights to help inform product development and marketing strategies

5. Achieving and exceeding sales targets through your excellent customer service and sales skills

6. Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other's success

What we're looking for

1. At least 1+ years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the IT/Consumer Goods Industry.

2. Understands sales basic (Canvassing - Presentation)

3. English skill is a plus point, not mandatory

4. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering positive outcomes

5. A driven and ambitious mindset, with a track record of achieving sales targets

6. A collaborative team player who is willing to share knowledge and support colleagues

7. Proficiency in the local language and strong familiarity with the West Java market
