Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major (Engineering or related field is a plus).
2–3 years of experience in tools product management or related industry.
Strong understanding of tools products and B2C market trends.
Experience in product development and product lifecycle management.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Able to collaborate with cross-border and cross-functional teams.
Proficient in English; Mandarin is a plus.
Manage Deli Tools product development from concept to market launch.
Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and monitor competitor products.
Work closely with the product teams in China and Indonesia for product planning and development progress.
Support sales and marketing teams with product positioning and selling points.
Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.
Prepare product materials, specifications, and internal product training support.
