HC Operation & Employee Relation

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented yet people-driven HC Operation and Employee Relation Officer to join our Human Capital team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR administrative operations while also creating meaningful and engaging employee experiences across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HC administrative operations including attendance, payroll support, BPJS administration, and accurate employee data management.

• Prepare, monitor, and administer employment contracts (PKWT/PKWTT) while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

• Support employee relations by handling employee concerns, providing guidance on company policies, and assisting in resolving workplace issues in a fair and professional manner.

• Build and maintain positive employee relations through effective communication, engagement initiatives, and support of a respectful and collaborative work environment.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve HC processes, employee relations practices, and employee experience programs to enhance overall engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HC Operations, HR Administration, Employee Experience, or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and labor law implementation.

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable handling administrative work.

• Creative, proactive, and enthusiastic in planning employee engagement or experience activities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
