Preschool & Kindergarten Teacher
About the role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool & Kindergarten Teacher to join our dedicated branch located in Bintaro, South Tangerang. As a full-time educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the early learning journey of our students.
What you'll be doing
Creating a nurturing, stimulating and safe learning environment for children
Implementing effective behaviour management strategies to support student development
Collaborating with parents and caregivers to provide consistent, holistic care
Maintaining thorough records and documentation to track student progress
Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practices
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
At least 2 years of experience teaching in a preschool or kindergarten setting
Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and families
Ability to create a warm, caring and inclusive learning environment
Passion for nurturing the academic, social and emotional growth of young learners
