QC Inspector

Job Description (Brief):

1. Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure products comply with specified quality standards and technical requirements.

2. Perform measurements and inspections using appropriate measuring tools and testing equipment.

3. Identify, record, and report non-conformities, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

4. Prepare and maintain accurate inspection reports, checklists, and quality records.

5. Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Testing, and QA teams to resolve quality-related issues.

6. Ensure inspection activities are performed in accordance with approved procedures, drawings, and applicable standards.

7. Support internal and external audits when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

General Qualifications:

1. Minimum education SMK/Vocational School in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).

2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a QC Inspector in a manufacturing company.

3. Good understanding of Quality Control and Quality Assurance systems.

4. Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.

5. Familiar with the use of measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, dial gauges, and other inspection tools.

6. Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards is an advantage.

7. Experienced in preparing inspection reports and QC documentation.

8. Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly attentive to accuracy.

9. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

10. Willing to work in shift schedules or do overtime if required.

4. Knowledge of ISO will be advantage.
