Heyvisa is a modern visa and travel services company that helps Indonesians travel abroad without the stress of paperwork. Beyond visa services, we are expanding rapidly into corporate travel, group tours, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions).
We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to help grow our B2B partnerships with travel agencies, corporates, schools, event organizers, and incentive travel clients.
What You’ll Do
Identify, approach, and develop B2B partnerships across corporate travel, MICE, education, and group travel segments
Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closing
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and design customized travel / MICE solutions, including incentives, group trips, and corporate travel programs
Build long-term relationships with key accounts and act as a trusted point of contact
Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, reporting, and follow-ups to ensure consistent revenue growth
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably in travel, MICE, corporate travel, or hospitality
Proven experience handling corporate or B2B clients, including proposal pitching and closing deals
Strong understanding of group travel, incentive trips, or corporate travel planning
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with active outreach via meetings, calls, WhatsApp, email, and presentations
Highly proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-growing environment
Strong interest in travel, international experiences, and lifestyle industries
