ERP Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Administrator to join our team at yuni bersaudara sejahtera', a leading technology company based in Pekanbaru Riau. As an ERP Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, ensuring it operates efficiently and meets the needs of our growing business.

What you'll be doing

1. Configuring and customizing the ERP system to align with the company's business processes and requirements

2. Performing regular system maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure the ERP system is running smoothly

3. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues or technical problems that arise with the ERP system

4. Providing training and support to end-users, helping them understand and navigate the ERP system effectively

5. Monitoring and analysing ERP system performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization

6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and address their ERP-related needs

7. Staying up-to-date with the latest ERP technologies and industry trends to recommend system enhancements

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as an ERP Administrator or in a similar role

2. Strong technical understanding of ERP systems, preferably in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP platforms

3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex ERP-related issues

4. Familiarity with database management, data migration, and reporting tools

5. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

6. Experience in providing user training and supporting end-users

7. A proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach
